This Return & Refund Policy governs the return process for products purchased from Little Pet Company. By purchasing from our online store or in-store location, you agree to the following terms.
Return Window:
Eligible products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for online orders, or thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases. Items must be unused and unopened to qualify.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Little Pet Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

All returns require prior approval. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Little Pet Company is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
Little Pet Company reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a refund where appropriate, including in cases of minor packaging damage or discretionary returns.
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
Customers may choose one of the following options:
Standard Exchange:
The original item must be returned and inspected before the replacement item is shipped.
Immediate Exchange:
Customers may place a new order for the desired item. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued for the original purchase.
All exchanged items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 1.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your order.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not accept international orders or returns.
